Schmickhof in Gai\u00dfach<\/h2>\n<article class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"contentlinks big\">\n<div class=\"full\">Ein gebuchter Aufenthalt stellt nach Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung durch den Gastgeber einen Vertrag dar, den beide Seiten erf\u00fcllen m\u00fcssen.<\/div>\n<aside class=\"space\"><\/aside>\n<div class=\"full\">\n<p><strong>Rechte und Pflichten von Gast und Gastgeber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Der Gastaufnahmevertrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald die Ferienwohnung ,bestellt oder zugesagt oder, falls eine Zusage aus Zeitgr\u00fcnden nicht mehr m\u00f6glich ist, bereitgestellt worden ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Der Abschluss des Gastaufnahmevertrages verpflichtet die Vertragspartner zur Erf\u00fcllung des Vertrages, gleichg\u00fcltig auf welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Der Anbieter von &#8222;Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof&#8220; ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtbereitstellung des Zimmers, der Ferienwohnung dem Gast Schadenersatz zu leisten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Der Gast ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der vertraglichen Leistungen den vereinbarten Preis zu zahlen, abz\u00fcglich der ersparten Aufwendungen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.a)<\/strong> Der Anbieter von &#8222;Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof&#8220; ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, bei Absage durch den Gast nicht in Anspruch genommene Ferienwohnungen nach M\u00f6glichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausf\u00e4lle zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.b)<\/strong> Bis zur anderweitigen Vergabe der Ferienwohnung hat der Gast f\u00fcr die Dauer des Vertrages den nach Ziffer 4 errechneten Betrag zu bezahlen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong> Bei best\u00e4tigter Buchung, ist eine Anzahlung \u00fcber 40% des vereinbarten Gesamtpreis zu leisten (per \u00dcberweisung)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Zahlung in bar, EC-Karte oder per Vorab-\u00dcberweisung<\/p>\n<div class=\"full\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Abreise bis 09:30<\/strong> Uhr<br \/>\n<strong>Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Sollten Sie zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt anreisen, bitten wir um
